(1) Aging. The aging method of aluminum profiles can be determined according to climatic conditions. In sunny summer, it can be exposed to the sun, and can be baked in rainy days or winter. The process conditions are: 10 to 15 minutes at 40-50 ° C.
(2) Wash with hot water. The goal of hot water washing is aging film. However, the water is soft and time must be strictly controlled. When the water temperature is too high, the film becomes thin and the color becomes light. When the industrial aluminum profile is too long, similar problems will occur, and the appropriate temperature and time are: 40 to 50 ° C, 0.5 to 1 MIN.
(3), dry. It is best to dry naturally. The hot water-filled workpiece is tilted on the shelf, so free water on the work surface flows down with the straight target. Use a towel to remove the water droplets that flow to the bottom corner. The color of the film dried in this way is not affected and looks natural.
(4) Rework of different parts. It is best to pick before drying and aging, because it is difficult to remove the film after drying and aging, and it will affect the surface roughness of industrial aluminum profiles. This issue has been explored in the process. After several experiments, it was found that the following method is effective and simple, and does not affect the surface quality of the workpiece. The detailed process is as follows: First, the industrial aluminum profile of the divergent grid is clamped to aluminum. Then the anodizing fixture is anodized for 2 to 3 minutes according to the anodizing method of aluminum in sulfuric acid solution.
